Friendly owners who work very hard to make sure their guests are satisfied and happy. Nice people always greet me with a smile. All my clients who use this relatively inexpensive hotel are pleased with everything. This is obviously not a 5 star hotel, it's a 2. But within that category you are certainly getting your money's worth with a safe quiet Central havasu place.
Great rooms designed for long term stay. Big refrigerators, full stove, coffee maker, nice TV with HBO and showtime, full dressers with mirrors. Good service, they will clean and do the bedding. The location is great. It's right in the middle of town. Everything within 2 miles.
My sister and I came to Havasu for a weekend trip. We booked this hotel and we're completely satisfied and comfortable during our stay. The rooms are newly renovated, some include kitchenettes. The price and location were very reasonable for our two day stay. We will choose this Inn every trip we make. Loved it!

A little oasis in a semi industrial area. Convenient to restaurants, bars, and attractions. The rooms are large and include kitchenettes, but no utensils, plates, bowls, or cookware. There are full size refrigerators but our room had no ice cube trays and there's no ice machine. Fortunately the very friendly maintenance guy gave us some ice from his own supply. Otherwise, good beds, decent shower, and good TV. Very affordable.
I enjoyed my stay here and left feeling refreshed .The room was clean, beds were comfy, kitchenette was an added bonus . The office staff were friendly and available to meet you're needs. 5 stars from me !!
Great small owner vintage hideaway. Great care was given to providing a comfortable environment at a great price. The location was away from tourist traffic. I especially enjoyed the small desert garden this family maintained. It was the perfect place to watch sunrise, sunset, and gaze at the nearby view of the Colorado River.
We booked literally while 5 minutes away after getting treated very rudely at a previous hotel. Easy process and the owners were very nice and helpful. Pretty much 1 bedroom condos with kitchens. Plenty of parking and had room for the boat. Will definitely be returning.
